Readers will find a rich. flamboyant wine in the 2016 Barde-Haut. There is not a ton of subtlety here. but I am not sure that matters all that much given how immensely pleasing the 2016 is. Crushed rocks. graphite. lavender. blackberry. plum. and violet infuse a Saint-Émilion that offers tremendous textural richness as well as vibrancy. Most importantly of all. the 2016 is flat-out delicious. This is a decidedly opulent. dark Saint-Émilion with all of the elements impeccably balanced. I loved it.

The 2016 Barde Haut is composed of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. Deep garnet-purple colored. it gives up expressive wild blueberries. kirsch. baked plums and spice box notes with hints of cracked pepper. lavender. garrigue and Provence herbs. Medium to full-bodied and richly fruited in the mouth. the palate bursts with blue fruits. framed by firm. rounded tannins and seamless freshness. finishing long.

Das Weingut gehört mit zum Portfolio um Helen Garcia. auf Chateau Poesia sind die Reben im Schnitt 35 Jahre alt und stehen auf dem Kalksteinplateau von Saint Emilion. DIe Cuvee besteht in der Regel zu 70 Prozent Merlot und 30 Prozent Cabernet Franc. Gerade der Cabernet Franc ist im Jahrgang 2018 der Schlüssel zum grandiosen Erfolg. Der Ausbau erfolgt zu 80 Prozent im neuen Holz. EIne kleine Produktion von 15.000 Flaschenentspricht in etwa dem jahrlichen Durchnitt. Chateau Barde Haut 2023 Saint Emilion

Ein geradliniger Wein mit feinen Tanninen, roten und schwarzen Johannisbeeren und mineralischen Noten. Mittlerer Körper. Salzig, mit straffer Fruchtkonzentration und einem hübschen Finish. Wunderschön strukturiert. Ein pH-Wert von 3,4 und 14% Alkohol. 80% Merlot und 20% Cabernet Franc. Einer der besten Weine, die ich aus diesem Château probiert habe.

Der 2023 Château Barde-Haut ist ein weiterer gesunder, lila-farbener Wein mit herrlichen Aromen von Cassis, Maulbeeren, würzigen Kräutern und würzigem Holz, mit einem Hauch von Espresso. Mir gefällt seine Reinheit, er ist mittel- bis vollmundig, mit feinen Tanninen und insgesamt ausgezeichneter Balance.

Der 2023 Barde-Haut ist ein kraftvoller, dichter Wein aus dem Sektor Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes in Saint-Émilion. Reichhaltig und resonant, umhüllt der 2023 den Gaumen mit bläulich/violetten Beerenfrüchten, Mokka, Gewürzen und neuem Leder. Hier gibt es eine großartige Breite.

Dieser Wein konzentriert sich stark auf Tannine und Textur, er ist extrem gut zusammengesetzt mit Griff und Persönlichkeit. There is an exotic quality to Poesia in 2019 that is especially alluring. Brilliant.

Ausgezeichneter Abschluss mit roten Beeren und Steinen. Mittlerer bis voller Körper mit mittleren, runden Tanninen, die am Ende straffer werden. 3,4 pH-Wert und 14,5% Alkohol. 70% Merlot und 30% Cabernet Franc.

Der 2023 Poesia ist wunderschön. Helle Säuren und lebendige salzige Noten verleihen sofort Energie. Zerstoßene Steine, Rosenblütenblätter, Minze, Blutorange und Granatapfel durchziehen diesen fokussierten Saint-Émilion. Dies ist ein klassischer Wein aus dem Sektor Saint-Étienne-de-Lisse, wo die Säuren sehr lebhaft bleiben. Ich bewundere den skulpturalen, nuancierten Stil.

Reife rote und schwarze Früchte, Gewürze, kreidige Mineralität und Anklänge von Blumen prägen den 2023 Château Poesia. Ein bezaubernder, mittelkräftiger, zugänglicher und köstlicher Wein mit geschmeidigen Tanninen, wunderschöner Balance und beträchtlicher Eleganz.

In der Nähe des Château Peby-Faugères gelegen, mit reichlich natürlicher Konzentration in diesen Ton-über-Kalkboden, und natürlich niedrigem pH-Wert. Im Glas übersetzt sich dies in Cassis, Lakritz, Anis, Fenchel, Kakaobohne, Schiefer und straffe Tannine. Erfordert geschickte Handhabung, die das Team hier offensichtlich gut gemeistert hat, aber seien Sie sich bewusst, dass ihm ein paar Jahre Zeit gelassen werden sollten, um weicher zu werden. 9,5 Hektar groß, mit vielen jungen Rebstöcken.
