James Suckling über den Chateau Bourgneuf 2019 Pomerol:
Rich nose of blueberries, dark plums, walnuts and chili chocolate. It’s full-bodied with firm, plush tannins. Compact, rich and dense. Powerful Pomerol. Try in 2026.
Antonio Galloni (Vinous) bewertet den Chateau Bourgneuf 2019 Pomerol:
The 2019 Bourgneuf is another gorgeous wine from the Vayron family. Classy and polished from the very first taste, Bourgneuf has all the creaminess and texture it did en primeur, but with a bit more energy and tension backing it all up. In recent years, Bourgneuf seems to have a touch more volume, but it remains a wonderfully understated, classy Pomerol. Hints of red/purplish fruit, rose petal, new leather and cinnamon linger.
Jeb Dunnuck im April 2022:
Lots of black raspberry, mulberry, and black cherry fruits as well as cedar and floral notes emerge from the 2019 Château Bourgneuf, a medium to full-bodied, wonderfully pure, balanced Pomerol. I love its tannins, and it shows the pure, balanced style of 2019 in Pomerol perfectly. It will benefit from just 2-3 years of bottle age and drink brilliantly for 15-20 years. It's another outstanding wine from this château.
Und Neal Martin (Vinous) beschreibt den Chateau Bourgneuf 2019 Pomerol:
The 2019 Bourgneuf has a lovely, winsome bouquet of beautifully defined raspberry and black currant aromas plus hints of undergrowth, black truffle and sage, all very detailed. The medium-bodied palate is quite structured and grippy yet has the acidity to maintain tension from start to finish, and there’s plenty of sapid red fruit here. A superb Pomerol that should give 20+ years of drinking pleasure.
Der Chateau Bourgneuf 2019 Pomerol am Gaumen der Falstaff-Verköstiger:
Dunkles Rubingranat, violette Reflexe, breitere Randaufhellung.
