This is beautifully curated complexity. applied to very bright. powerful and concentrated chardonnay fruit. White peaches and grilled hazelnuts lead to a palate with a subtly creamy array of grilled-peach and hazelnut-praline flavors to close. Delicious. Drink now. Screw cap.

A blend of Mendoza and Clone 95. all wild-fermented in barrel with 15% new oak. the 2016 Chardonnay is a terrific effort. Struck flint and pencil shavings mark the nose. alongside toasted almonds. pineapple and melon notes. It's medium to full-bodied. with a silky texture and long. citrusy finish. It should age up to a decade.
