Neal Martin beschreibt den du Retout im Oktober 2018 wie folgt: The 2016 du Retout has quite a high toned bouquet with mulberry. pressed iris and blackcurrant aromas. It is well defined and seems to gain complexity with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with grippy tannin. but there is also a fine line of acidity and attractive cedar and tobacco notes towards the finish. Give it two or three years in bottle.
